Dracaena Hookeriana, also known as the 'South African Dragon Tree, is an evergreen shrub/small tree is usually single-stemmed and has bold, leathery, strappy leave. Small attractive white flowers are produced from November to February on tall spikes and are followed by orange berries which are bird attracting. Ideal in pots, indoor or shaded patio position. Tolerates dry areas and drought tolerant and once established well be a waterwise plant. Would be great for a Mediterranean or Tropical themed garden. Hookeriana need to be in protected position and well drained area with added compost. Dracaena Hookeriana can grow up to 2m high and 1.5m wide.
