Amazon swords of all varieties are a stunning addition to any planted tank. They are easy to grow with minimal fuss and just the occasional prune. Ideally some root fertilisers should be supplied every few months as a minimum.
 
 
These beautiful plants will, as they grow underwater develop a slender leaf maintaining their lush green colour and shape as they mature. Growing to 50cm plus this sword is great for the larger aquarium, but can be kept smaller through trimming or lower light.
 

Hardy and with a tough leaf this sword will thrive in a well maintained tropical or eve cold water tank adding a splash of colour and shape!
