Mottlecah ( Eucalyptus macrocarpa ) 50 Seeds
 
A beautiful and very decorative small mallee tree with the largest of all the Eucalypt flowers which can be up to 10cms in diameter.

It blooms in spring to summer, mostly red or pink-red.

The subsequent gumnuts are also a feature, and are large and silvery.

It grows to around 4 metres tall with silver-green foliage.

Best in Mediterranean climates with dry summer weather, and are shorter lived in more subtropical climates.
