This 19th century Parisian favourite is sweet and petite!  A fun snack size, it has shallow roots and grows well in heavy soils, in a bed that isn't tilled very deep, and containers.  Plant the seeds close together, so you can pull them out in bunches and harvest at the mature 1.5 size.  Although the name, Tonda di Parigi is Italian.  It actually means, 'round from Paris'.
